Themis Homes.

Themis Homes is a complex of newly built, independent houses on the island of Skyros. Their aesthetic and design are based on traditional Skyrian architecture, making them a destination in themselves on the island.

For their advertising and visual promotion, I was invited to Skyros, where, after extensive discussions with the hosts, we concluded that — given the stage of readiness they were in — they only required descriptive, representational imagery. Therefore, I carried out a photo shoot focused on the architectural and decorative design elements that characterize these homes, with full respect for the lighting conditions prevailing both inside and outside.

I deliberately chose to photograph at different times of the day to better capture volumes and color contrasts. The satisfaction with the final result was great, as the impact of the high-quality photography was evident in the impressive occupancy and booking rates achieved from the very first day of operation.
