The staff is the most valuable investment in any hospitality business. They are the heart of a hotel, and effectively showcasing them is, in my view, a powerful strategy that enhances a property’s friendliness, authenticity, and credibility. After all, it’s well known that guests tend to remember the experiences and interactions they had with the staff far more than the physical aspects of their accommodation.




Photographing the staff plays a central role in communicating the identity and hospitality culture of a hotel.
